On April 23, 2024, the 6th Wisdom TeachingSeminar of Online Education Research Centers of the Ministry of Education and the 10th Anniversary Conference of Online Education Research Centers of theMinistry of Education, hosted by Tsinghua University, was grandly held in Tsinghua University Auditorium. At the meeting, Xuedang Online signed cooperation agreements with Thailand National Catechism Platform and Indonesia National Digital Education Platform respectively, boosting 100 catechism courses from 58 universities to go overseas to Thailand and 450 catechism courses from 145 universities to go overseas to Indonesia.

Ms. Ying Yang's Applied Statistics (in English) was pushed to Thailand and Indonesia at the same time; Ms. Shi's Yin'sIntroduction to Electronic Business (in English) was pushed to Indonesia's national catechism platform. (English name: Introduction to E-Commerce) was pushed to the Indonesian national catechism platform.

In recent years, with the top-level design and strong support from the Academic Affairs Office, International Exchange Office, and Office of Foreign Student Affairs, our university has increased the construction of English-taught programs. At present, the university has built six English-taught programs, with a total of 118 undergraduate English-taught courses, which provide lectures for Chinese-speaking students, English Language and Literature international students, and foreign exchange students. Since the construction of Shanghai All-English Planning Recorded Major in International Business in 2014, our college has successively carried out recruitment of international students in International Business, Hospitality Management, and electronic Business, and has opened several new All-English courses every year. Since 2021, our institute has successively opened catechism courses in XueyinOnline, Wisdom Tree, and Xutang Online, and this time the two full English courses that sailed to Thailand and Indonesia are online in Xutang Online in 2022.

The conference was hosted by Peng Gang, Vice President and Provost of Tsinghua University and Director of the Online Education Research Center of the Ministry of Education. Wu Yan, Member of the Party Groupof the Ministry of Education and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education,Lin Huiqing, Former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education and DeputyPresident of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, Qu Zhenyuan, FormerPresident of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, Zhang Dailiang, VicePresident of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, Zhou Tianhua, Director ofthe Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, and FirstClass Inspector of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry ofEducation Song Yi, Jiang Peixue, Vice President of Tsinghua University and Academicianof Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yuan Yi, former Vice President of TsinghuaUniversity and former Director of Online Education Research Center of theMinistry of Education, and a number of domestic and international experts andscholars on Artificial Intelligence and digitization of Education attended theconference, which attracted more than 80,000 educators to participate throughoffline and online methods. Representatives of members of the World Alliance for Catechism and Online Education (WACOE) and international partners from Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam attended the conference.
